Important: All custom-made and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

DAMAGED ITEMS: 
Please email us within 7 business days with photos of the damaged item(s), including the packaging and the box with the shipping label visible.

All broken items will be refunded.
