PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME
Production times are listed on each product page, please check them before placing your order. We ship exclusively with UPS and FedEx. Delivery times depend on the product and your location.

TRACKING NUMBER
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel online.

CHANGES OR INCORRECT SHIPPING INFO
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or added to. This includes the delivery address and recipient details.
Please double-check your shipping info, incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause the parcel to be returned or lost, and any costs or losses will be the customer’s responsibility.

DUTY FEES
We are not responsible for any duties or taxes that may be applied during international shipping. These fees may be charged when you receive your parcel.
